Reorting to the Sales director, your main duties will be:

- To develop and oversee business activities and strategies to meet the revenue, sales and profit targets set by the Sales Management.
- Understand and manage the complexity of the clients in each area.
- Responsible for achieving price and sales volume targets.
- Delivering outstanding results in terms of cost reduction and value contribution.
- Coordinate with other departments and areas of the organization to ensure the correct customer service and continuous improvement, contributing your knowledge of the market and the customer.
- To lead a team of 3 people

An international leader packaging company|Regional Sales Manager - Northern Spain (H/M)

This position requires a safety mind-set and a strong work ethic and:

- Education: University Degree & Master's degree in Commercial Management will be a plus.
- Experience: 3/5 years commercial experience, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the packaging and canning industry.
- Soft skills: customer Focus, organizational agility, business acumen, Managing Vision & Purpose.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent in English (B2) and Spanish. Any other language an advantage.
- Availability to travel
- Strong negotiation skills.
