**About the team
You will be joining the EMEA enterprise team, looking after the largest Adaptavist customers across Europe. In this particular team you´ll protect the existing revenue base and drive growth.

**About the role
Do you want to work in an Account manager role? You’ll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, growing revenues and act as a connection point between the various Adaptavist teams and the customer. This team was created 2 years ago and since then we have been extremely successful and have managed to double our revenue.

This is not a pure sales role but with sales related activities expected. Our main mission is to keep growing

Based on these insights is a highly collaborative role which requires close working relationships with our amazing customers and future ones.

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of existing and new clients, supporting them with their licensing needs, managing and building strong relationships with the client’s key stakeholders and supporting Adaptavist’s services teams in the delivery of their assignments.

You will do this through providing a strategic view and report of our client's licenses for their business needs, leading regular client reviews to detail technical and commercial focuses and issues as well as being a regular contact and escalation point to our clients for everything from general enquiries to operational delivery matters. Based on these insights you´ll need to be knowledgeable about Adaptavist’s services and the landscape of the technical industry to inform their conversations with their clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Analysing business trends to develop industry and/or specific growth strategies
- Implementing strategies and account plans to ensure clients receive world-class service to meet their business goals
- Client Service Management reporting on service, leading regular client reviews to discuss technical and commercial issues, in addition to periodic service level and innovation reviews
- Implementing strategies and account plans to ensure clients receive world-class service to meet their business goals
- Regularly preparing documentation including, but not limited, to account plan strategies and quote requests
- Identifying additional opportunities for our services within an account
- Acting as a primary contact and escalation point for customers relating to operational delivery matters**-**:

- Understanding of the commercial and financial aspects of the service contracts and Service Level Agreements.
- Pulling together and clarifying Key Performance Indicators and costs, improving internal reporting, and helping to build dashboards
- Understanding of the commercial and financial aspects of the service contracts and SLAs.
- Client Commercial engagement, leading in the formation, discussions and potentially dispute resolution around SLAs between Adaptavist and the client.

**What we're looking for**
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in a comparable account management/sales role, 2-5 years.
- Understanding the importance of client trust, interpersonal skills and developing long-term relationships
- Comfortable and confident in a fun and fast-paced environment
- High sense of priorities and are able to multitask with tight deadlines, flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excited to add to your existing tech savvy by learning new technologies
- Excellent follow-up skills
