**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Service Agent** based in Barcelona to join our team on a freelance basis. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently.

This is a flexible, remote role that requires self-initiative and a passion for helping customers. You will work approximately 20 hours per week and earn €15/hour on a self-employed basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect accommodation for their needs.
- **Booking Management**:

- Guide customers through the booking process and ensure all details are accurate.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming for swift resolution.
- Coordinate with venue owners and guests.
- **General Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Location**: Based in Barcelona the position would be working from home, with roughly 1 day a week the team would meet to catch up weekly (Thursdays). The trial/ handover period of a month would be based in the office, before moving to work from home.
- **Language Skills**: English mother tongue is a must.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- **Availability**: We are looking for someone to work in the afternoons roughly 4 hours a day.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 15.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
