Our Faurecia Clarion Electronics Business Group is looking for a **Repair Business Zone Manager **to grow our repair business in Spain and Portugal based in Madrid - Rivas Vaciamadrid

We are a European After Sales Service for car manufacturers and car dealer networks to ensure the repair of electronic devices. The aim of our Business Repair activity is to position Faurecia Clarion Electronics within circular economy, to provide clients with services that maintain car value over time.

The main missions of the role are:

- Develop local strategy to grow sales in the dedicated region
- Promote electronics repair service and establish close relation with regional OEMs subsidiaries, in line with frame agreements signed with the OEM’s at European level
- Develop, deploy, and follow-up communication actions towards regional dealership network
- Monitor and follow indicators (turnover, repair volumes, etc.) by network
- Promotion of the repair service during dealer network meetings
- Visits distribution groups, dealerships, garages
- Plan and organize participation at trade fairs / events
- Identify customer needs, collect, and analyze them to improve the repair service and/or expand the existing catalogue
- Provide inputs for market analysis, understanding and mapping of the regional market situation
- Identify products with highest repair potential
- Suggest commercial actions (promotion, special offers, etc.)
- Implement and monitor communication campaigns by network (brand/country)
- Contribute to digital communications (website related to the repair activity in local languages, communications on social networks, etc.)
- Internal communication on commercial actions (internal news, participation to meetings, etc.)
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business
- Fluent in English
- Ideally 3-4 years’ experience in car After Sales
- Business negotiation skills
- Availability to travel between 50% to 70% of the time
