Desde Adecco nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de CUSTOMER SERVICE, para una importante empresa del sector Life Sciences localizada en Alcobendas, Madrid.
- Funciones:
- Ser el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes.
- Los deberes incluirán, entre otros, la preparación de cotizaciones, la gestión de quejas y la resolución general de consultas de los clientes, tanto verbales como escritas.

**Requisitos**
- Valorable experiência en puestos similares
- Inglés alto.
- Valorable conocimientos en Portugués

- Remuneración: 22k-24k bruto/anual según valía del perfil
- Jornada completa: Lunes a jueves 7:45/8:45 16:00/17:00 viernes 8:00 - 14:30 Presencial 100%
