Technical Service Eu After Sales Intern

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Technical Service team with all the development and follow up of the data base, ensuring its user-friendliness, functionality and accuracy.
- Manage daily operations of Technical Service department in Europe.
- Organize delivery and pickup of the modules to be sent to 3rd party laboratories.
- Administrative support and finance follow up related to RMA for Credit Notes and PO´s.
- Issuance and follow up of release instructions related to RMA.
- Issuance and internal follow up of Intercompanies, Contract Reviews and Declaration Letters.
- Regular control and operations of Technical Service budge
**Requirements**:
- Home-based work in Spain, 1-2 years of working experience
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Economy, Finance or Administrative
- Good skills in MS Office
- Good team player with brilliant service awareness
- Clear logic and meticulous work
- Able to complete work under certain guidance and mínimal supervision with good learning ability
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Spanish or German would be a plus
