O+O SALES ADMIN

Responsible for all Business Intelligence related operational tasks whilst supporting Sales Analyst.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Monitor commercial cycle.
- Forecast: plan and gather inputs from all channels for consolidation (innovation + seasonal activations + promo calendar).
- CDS1: Make sure all necessary signatures are in place (needed for new client openings or brand agreement renovations - aprox. 6-10 years).
- Board: Revise mapping of existing materials & promos + update objectives per clients (focus on perfumeries).
- Routs: Database maintenance in accordance to POS Segmentation and Client Survey.
- Monitoring of POS activity through Klee (e.g. Surveys, competitive analysis, visits).

CAPABILITIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
