Wundermart is the platform solution that enables profitable F&B moments at scale. We have transformed the way guests buy and enjoy convenience items in hotels by putting our autonomous shops in the lobby of over 200 hotels in 6 countries.
The Wundermart ecosystem was created with two things in mind. The use of data and technology to make products available at all times, and an infrastructure that unburdens our hotel partners in every sense of the word. Our technology supports everything from pricing to payment, the supply chain infrastructure is set up to autonomously look after ordering and replenishment.

**_What you will do._**
As the Regional Sales Manager, your mission will be to spearhead the acquisition of new customers as we enter this market. We are starting our expansion in Spain in Madrid and Barcelona. Supported by existing solutions and existing customers from all over Europe, your role will be crucial to the Wundermart success in the region.
You'll be visiting hotels daily to make sure they don't miss out on the Wundermart opportunity. You will create a network in your area and organize events and visits to our shops so other prospects get excited about the value we bring Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with other commercial teams to align strategies and capitalize on Key Account opportunities in your region.
As we expand, you'll be our ears and voice on the ground. From gathering feedback from clients to understand how they're finding our autonomous shop solutions, to dishing out advice on how our clients can get the most out of them through strategic assortment, pricing, and technology enhancements.

**_Key responsibilities_**.**
- Generate new revenue for Wundermart by signing and opening new shops in your region.
- Close hotel-level deals and engage with larger hotel groups and operators for larger rollouts.
- Take responsibility for your pipeline (from the first stage in the funnel to signing) and engage with prospects daily through physical visits.
- Get motivation going for the company in your region, introduce Wundermart to new customers.
- Build your network, learn the ins and outs, and become a recognized expert in your regional hotel network.
- Bring in monthly deals from calls, walk-ins, inbound leads, and established relationships with our Key Accounts.
- Be a team player and provide feedback on the success metrics to further improve our solutions: we love data
- You live in the Madrid OR Barcelona metropolitan region.
- Willingness for regular travel between Madrid-Barcelona and possession of a valid driver's license.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing commercial role. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Full working proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-starter and proactive: you're the driving force behind meeting your commercial targets.
- Effective Communication: You build solid relationships with confidence and assertiveness, and bring home results.
