**Cosa stiamo cercando?**

Stiamo cercando una persona interessata a iniziare una carriera nel settore delle vendite B2B come Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Come SDR, avrai un ruolo molto importante nell'azienda, sarai il primo punto di contatto con con i potenziali lead, il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di qualificare i lead e identificare le opportunità di mercato, principalmente attraverso chiamate. Se sei appassionato del mondo delle vendite, questa posizione ti offrirà l'opportunità di imparare dalle basi e di crescere professionalmente.

**Quali saranno le tue funzioni**
Sarai il primo portavoce di Twenix, quindi è essenziale che tu possieda eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia fluente nell'analisi e nel rilevamento delle opportunità B2B, e che sia una persona molto empatica, efficiente, organizzata, amante dell'inglese e che abbia un atteggiamento estremamente positivo :)

Non è fondamentale che tu abbia esperienza precedente nel campo delle vendite; ciò che conta maggiormente per noi è il tuo entusiasmo, la tua motivazione e il desiderio di crescere. Cerchiamo professionisti ambiziosi e curiosi, desiderosi di imparare e crescere professionalmente.

**Funzioni**:

- Contattare potenziali clienti dall'elenco di aziende che ti forniremo.
- Identificare i decision-maker, rilevando e analizzando i loro bisogni per poter offrire soluzioni.
- L’ obiettivo principale sarà quello di organizzare incontri qualificati con gli Account Executive e raggiungere gli obiettivi di sviluppo delle vendite

**Requisiti**
- Italiano madrelingua.
- Esperienza in Hubspot o un CRM simile.
- Buon livello di inglese (e se non è così, niente paura, ti aiutiamo a migliorare).
- Buone capacità nella ricerca di potenziali contatti.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
- Passione per le vendite
- Non aver timore di alzare il telefono e ricevere dei "no".
