We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager with HR responsibilities. **Position Overview**:As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation of our office, as well as taking charge of various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily office operations, maintaining employee records, handling HR inquiries, participating in recruitment processes, and overseeing employee benefits administration. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people and papers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, compensation, benefits, and leave tracking.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to coordinating onboarding activities.
- Address HR-related inquiries from employees
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Manage office supplies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintaining inventory.
- Help with the organization of the meetings, company events, booking transport and accommodations.
- Record keeping of company’s expenses.
- Reporting to management.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and computer skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Advanced level of both written and spoken English.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Understanding of HR principles and best practices, including employment law compliance.
- Experience in office management, HR administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
