We’re looking for an enthusiastic **HR and Office Assistant **to support our offices in Spain (Barcelona and Madrid). Your main focus will be our office in Barcelona where you will be expected to be based. You will report to the HR Manager.

**What You’ll Do**:
**_HR Support: _**
- Support and drive onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with managers and IT
- Assist in recruiting local talent for our growing teams.
- Keep our employee records in check and help ensure HR policies are followed.
- Work with payroll on local reporting and handle local benefits
- Help solve workplace issues and employee queries with the HR Manager.
- Support internal mobility processes.Support with internal, local communication.
- **_Office Administration: _**
- Keep the office running smoothly You’ll make sure everything’s organized, well-stocked, and ready to go. You'll also work closely with building reception to ensure entry badges and accesses.
- Organize employee engagement events and local company activities.
- Build great relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality services. You'll collaborate with our Global AP team to ensure correct postings and timely payments.
- Additional office-related ad-hoc activities.Keep our office environment neat, welcoming, and ready for productivity
- **What You Bring to the Table**:
- Previous experience in administration, office support with some knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and reporting.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working in a team setting.You handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
