Bilingual Office Assistant, Real

Our client, a Real Estate/Construction firm is looking for an Office Assistant to
join their tight knit team.
Among others, responsibilities will include:
- Managing the agenda for the Director & team (meetings, appointments)
- Organising business trips: travel logistics, flights, hotels for the Director
and team
- Assist with sales & marketing: presentations, market reports,
promotional material
- Assist with client relationship building
- Projects: follow up, checking deadlines and ensuring necessary
documentation is completed
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Telephone reception and call filtering
- Managing correspondence
- Preparing, sending and following up invoices
- Basic accounting and liaison with outsourced accounting firm (gestoría)
- Monitoring supplies & placing orders when necessary (stationary, coffee,
etc.)
- Archiving (both physical and digital), following established filing system
- Social networks & online presence: update blog posts and share relevant
content when required
in a front office position. They will ideally have completed secretarial studies or
hold a relevant degree. Applicants must handle standard Tech with ease.

Timetable - 10.00 - 18.30h Monday - Thursday, Friday 09.00 - 15.00h
