El restaurante Nobu, con su emblemático bar de sushi, salón y comedor privado, ofrece unas vistas inigualables desde la última planta. El Kozara y la terraza ofrecen bocados ligeros. El Spa cuenta con vapor, sauna, una piscina cubierta y un centro de fitness._

**Misión**:
Realizar el check-in y el check-out de los huéspedes del hotel de forma cortés y eficiente; procesar todos los pagos de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos por el hotel. Proporcionar información y asistencia a todos los huéspedes y visitantes.

**Funciones esenciales**:

- Mantener un conocimiento completo y cumplir con todas las políticas/procedimientos/normas de servicio del departamento.
- Registrar la entrada y la salida de los huéspedes, asegurándose de que se reciba el crédito adecuado, se anoten y cumplan las peticiones especiales y se establezca la información precisa
- Resolver las quejas de los huéspedes, asegurando su satisfacción.
- Comunicar a los huéspedes los servicios y comodidades del hotel.
- Documentar todas las peticiones, quejas o problemas de los huéspedes.
- Comunicar toda la información pertinente a los managers y supervisores de la recepción.

**Condiciones**:

- Salario según Convenio Colectivo de Hostelería de Cataluña.
- Contrato de seis meses con posibilidad de convertirse en indefinido.
- Turnos rotativos.
- Desarrollo profesional en Nobu Hospitality.

**Requisitos**:

- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés.
- Valorable conocimientos de Opera.
- Experiência mínima de un año como recepcionista.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en distintos turnos.
