El hotel Hilton Barcelona es un hotel 4* superior, ubicado en el distrito comercial y financiero de la ciudad, es un hotel de negocios y eventos que cuenta con 290 habitaciones. Nuestras suites y pisos ejecutivos permiten a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar de nuestro salón ejecutivo, donde ofrecemos check-in y check-out privados, desayuno, refrigerios y bebidas de cortesía durante todo el día. Todos nuestros servicios dedicados se brindarán con la cortesía y los estándares de **Hilton.**

**¿Cuáles serán mis funciones principales?**

El Supervisor de Front Office es responsable de asignar el trabajo y garantizar el cumplimiento de las tareas diarias del departamento para entregar al cliente un servicio excepcional y al hotel rentabilidad financiera.

Entre sus funciones, destacamos las siguientes:

- Asegurar la experiência óptima de los clientes incluyendo las tareas pertinentes.
- Maximizar la ocupación y utilizar técnicas de up-selling para promover los servicios e instalaciones del hotel.
- Revisar, comprobar y mantener a los miembros del equipo y al Manager informado sobre cualquier información relevante de cada turno.
- Supervisar el desempeño de los miembros del equipo de Front Office en todas sus tareas.
- Resolver las quejas de los clientes de una forma rápida, amistosa y eficiente y apoyar en la resolución de quejas y problemas a los miembros del equipo siempre que lo necesiten.
- Programar, asignar el trabajo diario, dirigir las reuniones previas al cambio de turno, informar y entrenar a los miembros del equipo.
