**About the role**:
As a **Business Development Manager in CISCO SECURITY**, you will be responsible, through a p artner management & business development function, for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and to drive them in specific strategic segments. Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organisation on specialized opportunities.

**What you'll do**:

- **Partner management & business development** function.
- Driving g**rowth of Cisco Security business** through TD SYNNEX Security non-Cisco partners.
- ** Working with partners to onboard into Cisco Security**, coordinate enablement activities and support lead generation.
- ** Own the recruitment & development** of a specific set of non-Cisco partners.
- ** Guide partners through 4 Steps to EXCELLENCE.**:

- Lead and coordinate **local Umbrella roadshows**.
- ** Align to Cisco Security SBC **for cadence and reporting.
- Carry out the necessary **marketing strategies** for each moment **aligned with CISCO**.

**What we're kindly looking for**:

- **Previous experience as BDM in the IT scope**.
- Understanding of the B2B IT Market will be really valuable.
- Previous knowledge in Security Manufacturers as CISCO will be really valuable.
- High level of English, as you will have to communicate with many different countries all around Europe.
- ** Location: Alcobendas, Madrid.**
