**Company Description**
Como **Marketing Team Lead Clinics**, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia de crecimiento del segmento de clínicas en todos los canales de marketing, asegurando el posicionamiento y crecimiento continuo de la empresa en este sector. Este rol requiere un enfoque estratégico y operativo para ejecutar campañas multicanal, gestión de equipo, y colaboración transversal con ventas, producto y otros equipos clave.
**Liderarás y desarrollarás un equipo compuesto por un Content Specialist y un Marketing Automation Specialist**, y coordinarás acciones para maximizar la adquisición de nuevos clientes (clínicas). Además, colaborarás de cerca con otros líderes del equipo de marketing, como Paid manager, PR manager, Events manager, entre otros, para la planificación y ejecución de estrategias transversales de generación de leads.
**Job Description** Responsabilidades principales**:
- ** Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategia**:Diseñar, implementar y optimizar la estrategia de marketing para el segmento de clínicas, enfocada en la adquisición, maduración y conversión de leads en clientes.
- ** Liderazgo de equipo**:Gestionar y desarrollar a los miembros del segmento clinicas, especialista en contenido y especialista en automatización de marketing, proporcionando dirección y apoyo en sus responsabilidades diarias.
- ** Análisis y reporting**: Medir y analizar el impacto de las campañas en términos de generación de leads, tasas de conversión y retorno sobre inversión (ROI), utilizando datos para optimizar continuamente las estrategias de marketing.
- ** Coordinación interdepartamental**:Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas, producto y revenue operations para maximizar el impacto de las iniciativas de marketing y asegurar una integración fluida de los prospectos generados.
- ** Innovación y optimización**: Proponer mejoras en las estrategias actuales y mantenerte al tanto de las últimas tendencias en marketing digital y automatización para mantener una ventaja competitiva.

**Requisitos**:
- 4+ años de experiência en marketing digital B2B, con un historial probado en la gestión de campañas de adquisición de clientes.
- 2+ años de experiência liderando equipos de marketing.
- Experiência demostrada en CRM, automatización de marketing y estrategias multicanal (HubSpot, Salesforce u otras herramientas similares).
- Habilidad para diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que cumplan objetivos de crecimiento ambiciosos.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados, con habilidades analíticas para medir y optimizar campañas basadas en datos.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno colaborativo y de rápido crecimiento.
- Inglés y español fluido, capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva en un entorno internacional.
