WHAT WILL YOU DO?_**
- Team Management:

- Lead the Content Marketing Team:

- Communicate goals and targets.
- Set objectives for the team, prioritize, and assign work.
- Coordinate the team's time off.
- Develop and improve the Content Marketing Team:

- Coach and provide feedback.
- Conduct Performance Reviews.
- Participate in the team’s Training Plan definition.
- Motivate and inspire the team.
- Lead WIRIS’ content strategy and implementation to drive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
- Develop sustainable content generation tactics such as blogs or newsletters.
- Define the voice and tone of the WIRIS brand and every company product.
- Develop and implement SEO actions and strategies including:

- Content strategy and optimization.
- Link-building.
- Website technical analysis, and performance audit.
- Lead product launch and go-to-market campaigns.
- Implement Account Based Marketing as a main tactic to generate upsell opportunities.
- Identify new organic revenue opportunities (outside of existing business lines), to grow our active user base.
- Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and others to attract a high volume of visitors.
- Work alongside the Sales and Product departments to ensure that market goals are met.
- Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

**_ WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?_**
- Expert knowledge of Content Marketing strategies and lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Account Based Marketing tactics.
- Knowledge of SEO: keyword research, link-building, on-page/off-page optimization, and acquisition tactics.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms. Experience with Braze is a plus.
- Knowledge of landing page builders: Instapage or Leadpages is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation programs. Experience with Zapier is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
