Empresa referente de mercado fabricante de máquinas de corte industrial, automatización y software de gestión de la producción con ambicioso plan de expansión, busca para incorporación inmediata un **Director Comercial Nacional e Internacional**.

Buscamos un profesional altamente cualificado y con alta experiência en incrementar resultados en mercados nacionales e internacionales. Será responsable de desarrollar e implementar **toda la estrategia comercial** tanto a nível **nacional como internacional**, dirigiendo y optimizando al equipo con un claro enfoque en resultados.

**Funciones principales**:

- Desarrollar estrategias comerciales y planes de ventas a nível nacional e internacional para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y sus planes de expansión.
- Liderar y coordinar las actividades de los comerciales a nível nacional e internacional.
- Crear y fidelizar relaciones con clientes estratégicos a nível nacional e internacional.
- Analizar el mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y tendencias del sector.
- Dirigir y motivar al equipo de ventas nacional e internacional para alcanzar los objetivos e implementar una metodología de trabajo optimizada con foco en resultados.
- Colaborar con departamentos como producción, I+D, marketing, financiero y otros.
- Participar en la selección y capacitación de personal de ventas a nível nacional e internacional.
- Reportar _dashoards_ a la dirección sobre el desempeño comercial y ventas, así como acciones de mejora para el logro de los objetivos.
- Analizar las operaciones comerciales del embudo comercial para su eficiencia en resultados.
- Desarrollar redes de agentes internacionales para una más rápida expansión de las ventas.
- Llevar a cabo negociaciones comerciales internacionales y cerrar acuerdos con clientes y partners.
- Monitorear el desempeño de las ventas internacionales y realizar ajustes en las estrategias
- Elaborar presupuestos con eficiencia en costes.

**Requisitos**:

- Empatía y capacidad social para generar relaciones con clientes internos y externos.
- Enfoque analítico, alta capacidad de negociación y habilidad comunicativa.
- Alta experiência en gestión de ciclos de venta de productos de alto valor industrial.
- Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo, motivación de equipos y visión estratégica.
- Bilingüe en inglés, se valorarán otros idiomas como francés, alemán o italiano.
- Gestión por KPIs y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Obligatorio viajar de manera habitual, nacional e internacional.
