**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media advertising (Twitter, Meta, Google), SEM, web3 display advertising etc,
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, content creators, and developers, to align marketing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and best practices in web3 and performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in user acquisition campaigns, user retention and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools (GA 4), performance tracking methodologies (GTM) and reporting (Google Data Studio).
- Experience in the web3 space, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and dApps.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable results and achieving business objectives.
