For Allianz’s Customer & Marketing team, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive website performance and manage our Content Management System (CMS). As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating lead partnership campaigns and developing website content to attract customers, improve their experience, and increase overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the creation of new landing pages to increase Customer Experience (CX) and performance.
2. Develop expertise in Adobe CMS to create lead generation landing pages that meet the company’s objectives.
3. Analyze and support reporting website content Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights for improvement.
4. Implement Lead Partnerships campaigns to boost Brand KPIs and performance on specialized websites.

Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing strategy.
- Strong creative mindset and proactivity.
- Experience in CMS management and copywriting.
- Excellent relationship and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written).
