**SALES ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPORT EXPERT - PAYMENT TERMINALS**

**YOUR MISSION**

Worldline is looking to recruit new Terminal Sales Administration and support experts in Spain reporting to the Head of Terminal Business Operations in GSV (Global Sales & Vertical) of the Merchant Services unit.

This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual to discover a client service team striving to be the best in the industry. As Terminal Sales Administration and support expert, you will be part of a local team to drive client growth through exceptional service delivery.

Your main responsibilities as Terminal Sales Administration and support expert will include:

- Daily alignment with customer and sales teams on sales orders, volumes, destination and timing
- Sales administration, delivery planning and alignment with customer, Worldline and Worldline logistics partners
- Customer invoicing and payment follow-up
- Customer assistance in related questions or issues
- Updating the different tools following the defined processes
- Helping management to produce Weekly/Monthly KPI’s
- Participating to Client Service Reviews to support CSM or Head of Terminal Business Operations when needed

- Fluent in English/Spanish, verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understand Customer Services operational performance objectives
- Strong interpersonal understanding & communication skills
- Hands-on
