**Main Responsibilities**

Responsible for assisting the Sales Team by handling the Marketing, Events and social selling Plan for some markets, looking for new leads, making contacts, answering phone calls, preparing sales materials, updating documents and the web site, following and reporting the media campaign, and performing benchmarking studies and administrative tasks.

**Tasks**:

- Contribute to the Implementation of the commercial Plan
- Execute events planning and delivery on the ground for the sales directors he/she will support
- Prepare statistics and control metrics to assess the performance of the sales projects under his/her responsibility
- Perform benchmarking studies
- Collaborate in the distribution and follow-up of leads
- Assist in editing HTML, leaflets and the web site
- Lead and run the social selling project meeting Social Media requirements
- Produce documents and slides in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and sessions
- Quality control of leads and contacts (upload in databases, follow-up of correct information)
- Control of administrative part of admissions process, invoicing and follow-up of payments.

**_Education and Experience: _**
- BA / BSc in business studies is preferred.
- Marketing and sales specialization will be valued
- Knowledge of sales tools such as CRM, SEO, SEM, Conga, Events Manager, Pardot...
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of social sedia & social selling is key
- Excellent English communication skills
