Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.The Sales Support specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of the Drives.Reporting to the Sales Support Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the by reacting to customer inquiries.Your responsibilitiesGive a technical and commercial solution to customer needs.Analyze technical needs from customer perspective, found internally best solution in product portfolio and create a quotation.Participate in all Sales Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.Have a good commitment to ensure that inquiries are resolved and provide assistance in any necessary escalation.Work with the leaders and all team to detect improvement areas in order to work in more efficient way and reduce manual tasks.Your backgroundCFGS or Engineering in Electrics/Electronic or similar.2 years of experience working as internal Sales Support.Good capacity to adapt to constant changes, different tasks and responsibilities.Knowledge of Excel, Office 365, Microsoft.A native Spanish knowledge and medium English level.An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders and service processes.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.BenefitsCanteenFlexible work practicesCompany mobile phoneWellbeing programEmployee Share Acquisition PlanMore about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
