Contract Sales Representative

Importante empresa del sector decoración de lujo está en búsqueda de un Representante Comercial de Contratos para unirse al equipo comercial. Este rol requiere una comunicación activa con una red diversa de contactos, con un enfoque principal en la comunicación con prescriptores, arquitectos de interiores, decoradores, también con empresas de distribución e instalación. La clave de este puesto radica en la habilidad para gestionar eficazmente la red de clientes y comprender las dinámicas de influencia entre los actores del mercado.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y colaborativas con arquitectos, prescriptores, decoradores, empresas de distribución e instalación en las regiones de Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza y Murcia.
- Identificar proyectos en los que los arquitectos están trabajando y realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo para asegurar la obtención de proyectos.
- Desarrollar negocio centrado en hoteles y despachos de arquitectos.
- Utilizar habilidades de inteligencia comercial y visualización comercial para identificar oportunidades y tendencias en el mercado.
- Colaborar eficazmente en un entorno de trabajo en equipo.
- Cumplir con reuniones periódicas de equipo, tanto presenciales como virtuales.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en ventas, preferiblemente en el ámbito de contratos y proyectos de arquitectura/interiorismo.
- Habilidad para establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes.
- Residencia en Barcelona.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Motivación y ambición para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Castellano y Francés indispensable, inglés valorable.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y seguimiento.
- Buenas habilidades de Excel.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y desde casa.
