Architecture Assistant Internship in Alicante Spain

Estudio de arquitectura español localizado en la ciudad de Alicante especializado en arquitectura moderna para edificios de última generación optimizados para los nuevos retos del urbanismo.
TAREAS:
- Realizar dibujos de detalles y planos
- Realizar planos de mobiliario e iluminación
- Preparar presentaciones y esbozos en 2D/3D para infografías
- Recopilar información específica del proyecto
- Comprobar que los trabajos están acorde con los estándares específicos de construcción, planes y normativas
- Dar soporte diario en diferentes aspectos del diseño arquitectónico: desde realizar presentaciones para clientes a colaborar directamente con el equipo de construcción
- Crear proyectos innovadores con técnicas y procedimientos orientados a la sostenibilidad medioambiental
- Hacer bocetos y representaciones de diferentes tipos de complejidad
- Colaborar con ingenieros, arquitectos, etc. para determinar características específicas del proyecto
- Trabajar con software BIM para diseñar y gestionar los proyectos.
**Requisitos**:
- Revit Software, valuable Vectorworks.
- The person must model 3D projects and prepare working, final images and realistic renders.
- Valuable interest in design to furniture.
- Inglés (como mínimo B2) / Spanish (como mínimo A2)
RECOMENDACIONES:
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo pero también de forma autónoma.
- Sensibilidad estética y creativa.
- Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa
- Atención al detalle, tanto en el diseño como en la presentación del trabajo.
Tipo de puesto: Contrato para la formación y el aprendizaje
Salario: 600,00€ al mes
Horario:
- De lunes a viernes
