As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support for various projects
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service and exceeding their expectations.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing customer feedback with the team.
Qualifications:
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Techsavviness and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Living in Alicante, or in close proximity to Alicante, or willing to relocate to Alicante.
