**Join our Transcom Family as a IT technician**

An IT Technician is responsible for keeping the computer structure (programs, computers, peripherals, communications equipment, local networks, etc.) that operates under Transcom responsibility, guaranteeing and controlling the correct functioning of the systems and the user support of each
computer or operating system. The position will be proactively developing and setting up the best practices, working closely with all departments such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations and our international clients.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Creation, management, administration and maintenance of users, groups, accounts etc.
- Guarantee Software and Hardware maintenance and provide support to users.
- Configure the devices in the network.
- Manage, configure, secure and maintain the Network File System so that users can share established resources.
- Provide equipment and network access to remote working employees.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of different systems.
- Implementation of certification controls.
- Receiving, assessing and resolving IT tickets submitted by employees for a range of different reasons.

**What we are looking for**:

- Spanish and English essential - Scandinavian language is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar IT position or in a multinational environment,
- Very good knowledge IT systems e.g. Microsoft, Nagios, Cisco, Citrix or similar,
- Degree or Higher Education in IT or Networks and Communications,
- Living in the Alicante area and available to work in our office in Alicante Centro.
- Available to work full time (39 hours per week).

**Skills Requirements**
- Great ability to work with people and to establish trustworthy relationships is a must,
- Organizational and multitasking skills,
- High level knowledge of Networks and Communications,
- High level knowledge of peripherals and components,
- Medium level knowledge of databases and excel,
- Experience working with desktops, laptops and remote working equipment.
