Within this ecosystem, the** Client Performance Executive** plays a critical role in ensuring seamless technical connectivity and optimizing client satisfaction.

**The Challenge: Deliver Excellence in Technical Integration**

As a **Client Performance Executive**, you will be the go-to expert in ensuring that clients and partners connected through APIs achieve outstanding performance. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, resolving technical challenges, and supporting the continued growth of our cutting-edge digital solutions.

**What Will You Contribute?**
- Drive Performance: Monitor and analyze client connections through APIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Create Impactful Insights: Generate detailed reports and recommend corrective actions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Be a Connector: Lead regular meetings with clients and integrators to review performance, address technical topics, and foster a collaborative relationship.
- Solve Challenges: Identify and document technical issues or required enhancements, ensuring clients' seamless integration and satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our development and implementation teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.

**Requisitos**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Previous experience in client performance analysis, technical account management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and their functionality.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
