Ich arbeite für ein internationales, schnell wachsendes Technologieunternehmen und wir revolutionieren Hoteliers auf der ganzen Welt. Es handelt sich um eines der besten Hotelmanagementsysteme der Welt, das zwei Jahre in Folge ausgezeichnet wurde und es Hoteliers ermöglicht, ihre Häuser viel effizienter zu führen. Sie haben ein wachsendes Team von 100 Mitarbeitern, die in 10 Büros auf der ganzen Welt arbeiten
**✨ Ihre Rolle**
Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, bestehenden Kunden dabei zu helfen, die volle Leistungsfähigkeit der Plattform zu nutzen, indem Sie eine Reihe von Upgrades verkaufen. Diese Upgrades reichen von Premium-Diensten wie automatisiertem Kunden-Upselling und Revenue Management auf Einstiegsebene bis hin zu Integrationen mit einem umfangreichen Marktplatz von Connectivity-Partnern für Buchhaltungsautomatisierung, Point-of-Sale, Türschlösser, Revenue Management-Software von Drittanbietern und vieles mehr.
** Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**
- ** Verkauf von Upgrades an ein breites Spektrum deutschsprachiger Hoteliers;**:
- Nachverfolgung intern generierter Leads durch ein dediziertes Customer Content Marketing Team innerhalb vereinbarter Reaktionszeiten;
- Verwalten Sie Ihre Lead-Pipeline und verlieren Sie nie eine Geschäftsmöglichkeit aus den Augen;
- Direkte Kontaktaufnahme mit Hoteliers, um sie über die zusätzlichen Vorteile der Plattform zu informieren.
- Durchführung von Demos für interessierte Hoteliers, um den Umfang der Plattform und die zusätzlichen Vorteile zu demonstrieren.
- Sie werden ein tiefes Verständnis für unser Produktangebot, die Preisgestaltung und das Produktangebot unserer Mitbewerber entwickeln.
- Sie werden Ihre Tage damit verbringen, den Hoteliers zu zeigen, wie sie das Beste aus dem Produkt herausholen können und wie die vielen Upgrades, die das Unternehmen anbietet, es ihnen ermöglichen, ihren Hotelbetrieb weiter zu optimieren, Zeit und Kosten zu sparen und mehr Umsatz zu generieren
