**About the Customer Success Tech internship**

You will join our Customer Success team who onboards and trains our clients. You help to personalise the Agicap setup of clients and make their experience and integrations between Agicap and all other financial systems and institutions seamless.

**What** you learn during your internshipBecome a master of financial data engineering**

You will support the Onboarding Managers and Key Account Managers in the setup of the tool. To our clients, you will be their technical expert that will help to translate their financial data into Agicap. To do this, you will learn and use a full set of tools:Connect global banking and financial information by mastering a wide array of financial protocols, such as H2H, SWIFT, EBICS, EDITRAN, PSD2, SFTPIntegrate software such as ERPs, accounting tools and more with a wide range of connectors such as APIs, SFTP and other connectors

**Enable companies to monitor and control cash, worldwide**
- You will work side-by-side with your team to realise specific client use cases related to all daily cash management. On the client side, you work directly with CEOs, CFOs and treasury managers to solve their most important financial questions.

**Who** we are looking for**:

- You are available mínimally for 4 days per week
- You are a native Spanish speaker
- You have recently finished or are a final year student at a Business, Informatica or Engineering degree (preferably Master’s)
- You are extremely excited to grow with us
