To join our growing team, we're currently looking for an intern for our Client Success team based in Barcelona. This internship will provide the opportunity for hands-on experience in a professional setting, as well as the chance to learn from and work with experienced professionals.
As an intern at Benevity, you'll receive top-notch training and be encouraged to take initiative, contribute ideas, and devise innovative solutions. You'll join a vibrant team of young professionals committed to making a global impact. This role is not only a chance to enhance your skills but also a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a rapidly expanding scale-up. **What you'll do**:
After your initial training, your primary goal will be to collaborate with the Customer Success (CS) team to deliver an exceptional experience for our users and partner companies. You'll work closely with a Customer Success Manager (CSM) throughout the entire client lifecycle, ensuring consistent support and engagement.
Among other tasks you could be involved in the following activities:
- Help defining a roadmap with clients and set metrics to ensure the partnership is a success
- Help companies to launch Alaya internally
- Support and facilitate events such as field volunteering, fundraising and collections
- Find creative ways to boost the engagement of users on the platform
- Provide product support
- Take feedback from users to improve our service
- Brainstorm new solutions and services together with the management team
**What you'll bring**:
- You DON'T NEED PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field
- Excellent English proficiency, especially written. Any other languages are a plus
- You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with
- You are rigorous and pay great attention to details
**Also**:
- Provide a Learning Agreement with your university/school/academy
- Based in Barcelona or open to relocate
- Available for a 6 month internship on a full-time basis (35h/40h weekly)
