_**¿Te gusta la idea de ayudar y aportar en el área comercial generando clientes potenciales, calificando oportunidades y programando reuniones de ventas? Entonces estás en el lugar adecuado**_

Tu principal objetivo será generar leads para los clientes de la empresa, la mayoría de ellos relacionados con el sector de la alta tecnología. Participarás en campañas de captación de leads, presentarás productos y servicios a compradores potenciales - siempre del sector B2B y nos ayudarás a optimizar procesos trabajando con nuestro CRM, agendando reuniones finales.

Tenemos el gran objetivo de poder formar un gran equipo y una gran familia, a partir de gente joven, planteando un plan de carrera desde inicio a nível laboral asumiendo de manera progresiva responsabilidades y nuevos retos.

**TAREAS**
- Aprendizaje sobre el sector de ventas, marketing, perfiles comerciales...
- Identificación de las necesidades del cliente y comunicar la propuesta de valor
- Gestión de llamadas en frio y calientes a prospectos, para sumar experiência
- Gestionar los datos para clientes potenciales en un CRM: Pipedrive
- Realización de Informes, manejo de datos y análisis de estos para entender cada detalle

**¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS EN TI?**
- Saber sonreír por teléfono, trabajar por objetivos y mantener actualizado el CRM (Pipedrive)
- Comunicación, perseverancia, curiosidad, sediento por aprender y tolerancia a la frustración.
- Ambición, asumir riesgos y orientación por objetivos.

**Requisitos**:

- Necesidad de poder firmar convenio de prácticas con un centro de estudios
- Grado universitario con estudios relacionados con el área comercial/marketing, administración de empresas, economía, turismo, finanzas...
- Tener un nível avanzado de francés o portugués es un plus.

**HORARIO**:
Teletrabajo desde casa, de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 13:00h.

**CONDICIONES**

Primer período de prueba a modo de formaciones, con cursos acreditados. En este caso, nos adaptaremos a tu perfil y tu dedicación, y si consideramos que se ha superado con notabilidad ese primer mes, aplicaremos una remuneración como aliciente por tu trabajo. Prácticas remuneradas por objetivos, desde el segundo período (2º-3º mes), 300€ + bonus. Contrato progresivo, ampliando responsabilidades, horario y salario tras varios meses.
