.Business Development Manager Glass and Decarbonization - Region Europe West (m/f/d)Business Development Manager Glass and Decarbonization - Region Europe West (m/f/d)All major Region Europe West locations in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Netherlands|req18368What you will enjoy doingYou are an expert in the field of glass and have a great technical knowledge and understanding of the industry needs.In this role, you have deep knowledge of the Linde application technology (e.G., Oxyfuel and decarbonization applications) and are able to lead or support technical conversations with customers and position Linde as a technology leader.You are familiar with the decarbonization goals of the industry and understand the development of a roadmap for our customers.Further, you have a deep technical understanding and are able to lead the commissioning at the customer.You have a basic understanding of the hydrogen value chain and our Linde portfolio.You identify growth areas within the region, develop specific country strategies, and align targets and joint activities to grow the segment profitably.Also, you like to work self-sufficiently in this segment, interact with different cultures and levels within the organization, and are interested in growing your network in- and outside of the company.You identify market trends for new developments and elaborate customer concepts together with Linde Technology and the local organizations.What makes you greatYou have an entrepreneurial, result-driven, and analytical approach and are able to manage your segment self-sufficiently.Further, you have relevant experience to cooperate with and manage various stakeholders across hierarchies, countries, and cultures.In this role, you must have deep knowledge of the glass industry and our applications portfolio.Your ability to drive and deliver against targets in time and in quality, through decision making, influencing, and direct control.Your strong communication skills and ability to effectively present complex topics at all levels.In addition, your excellent understanding of the industrial gas business and the selling of application technology.You perform in a competitive environment and customer landscape in the industrial gases market.Your analytical skills are excellent, you have good project management knowledge, and you are structured and data-driven.You possess a university-level degree in engineering.Furthermore, you have a minimum of eight (8) years relevant working experience.Your English and German is business fluent (additional Region Europe West language is a plus).Why you will love working with usCollaborating with our customers is key for our success.
