We are a dedicated Microsoft IT service provider located in the vibrant heart of Barcelona. We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Business Assistant who embodies meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

How will your day look like As an IT Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and billing of recurring services to our customers. Keeping quality standards, you support project managers and executives in billing, report writing, and coordination of various tasks. You manage the incentive programs of Microsoft and other partners and ensure the correct allocation. You map our products commercially in the isolutions Marketplace and ensure that customers can always book services. You train customers on using the Marketplace and ensure regular checks. You process our customers' orders from our online store and train users in how to use it. Your profile 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role. You are reliable, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, have high quality standards, and a passion for administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders. Preferably, you have already worked for IT service providers. Native level of German and fluent level of English.
