Key Responsibilities- Administer and bill recurring services to our customers
- Support project managers and executives in billing, report writing, and coordination of various tasks
- Manage incentive programs for Microsoft and other partners, ensuring accurate allocation
- Map our products commercially in the solutions Marketplace, ensuring customers can easily book services
- Train customers on using the Marketplace and conduct regular checks
- Process customer orders from our online store and provide training on its use
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with high quality standards and a passion for administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Native level of German and fluent level of English
