JobDescription: · Prepare lists of potential clients · Make cold calls to engage potential clients · Present our company and HR services · Follow up with clients diligently · Maintain up-to-date records of clients in our database · Coordinate appointments between prospective clients andrepresentatives QualificationsRequired: · Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone sales or businessdevelopment · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn newsoftware · Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French andEnglish to support divisions across Canada · Ability to work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously · Hourly wage between $19 - $20 · Sports membership allowance · Employee assistance program · Virtual care · Personal, sick, parental days, and more · Hybrid work possible after 3 months · Work within a dynamic and collaborative team · Develop your skills in a growing field
