Position: Business Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Madrid, Spain

Right now we are expanding the Spanish team and looking for active and ambitious **Business Consultants in Madrid, Spain** who will launch KIT Global 360 degrees services into Spain.

**The role entails the following**:

- Collaborate with the Lead Business Consultant to manage and expand the marketing vertical in Spain, and potentially Europe;
- Gain a better understanding of our global capabilities and advocate for this practice in Spain;
- Assist global teams in understanding local requirements and fill the gaps to acquire clients;
- Improve current processes for briefing, prospecting, pitching, commercial, and delivery;
- Execute the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, sales engagement, sales closure, and delivery;
- Understand the potential client's requirements, brief the global delivery teams, and collaborate on client strategies and growth plans;
- Perform scoping, develop commercial proposals, and present them to clients;
- Ensure client satisfaction by guiding global teams to excellent deliveries and submitting timely reports;
- Cross-sell other company solutions to clients, such as CPA, SEO, SMM, Web, Mobile between others;
- Respond to inbound leads and attend industry events to generate new leads.

**What we expect**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development preferably for marketing services (specially performance marketing of any type);
- Working knowledge of tracking 360 degrees digital marketing and solutions model;
- Sound technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital marketing technologies trending today;
- Well networked with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital marketing ecosystem in Spain;
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team;
- Can share our values: transparency of communications and processes, partnership, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork;
- Can quickly adjust and is ready to work in a start-up mode.
