.Digital Business Development ManagerDescription -This position will be responsible for digital sales business development and creation of effective growth strategies. The person will work with digital route-to-market & global team members to manage creation of business cases and development timelines; and assisting in achieving revenue targets for these programs. Responsibilities will include becoming a subject matter expert on the current environment, process flow & design and optimizing it for revenue growth, process improvements and customer experience. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Creating sales strategies to grow conversion at digital touch points in customer supportWorking with PC and Print organizations to help define the revenue generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.Play a key role in the development of the business plans working with the global & RTM teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.Support the regional operations business plans to meet targets/budgets, cost plans and customer experience objectives.Identify inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners, ex. HP On-line Stores, HHO, Channel & Marketing.Manage relationships across the ecosystem and provide updates to key stakeholders and executive managementDevelopment of business casesExecuting on business funding exercisesDriving deployment of strategic programsExecutive-level communicationsManaging to key performance indicatorsThis candidate will need to have the ability to drive to the following concepts or behaviors; Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements.Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.Responsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services.Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.Establish strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth.Establish a culture of process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with the business.May be responsible for leading, managing, sponsoring or participating on projects.Establish and manage relationships with subject matter experts and appropriate management to develop strong cooperation between teams.Education and Experience Required:First Level University degree.7+ years in digital marketing/sales roles or in like roles/businesses
