BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.Main Responsibilities:As Dealer Development Manager, the employee is responsible for making and implementing all stages of a project in accordance with the specifications. The responsibilities include network strategy making, project planning, definition of execution deadlines and management of material.Make Network development strategy for France, leading new dealer partners development accordingly.Develop and execute a Market Representation Business Plan that accomplishes the following:-Identifies dealers with sufficient capital, capacity, customer satisfaction and character-Strengthens dealer profitability-Facilitates BYD France network development-Achieves volume and share growth objectivesDefine & implement Network plan in the assigned market. Execute the BYD network consolidation strategy to right-size the BYD network.Manage Performance Improvement Growth Process at underperforming BYD stores and identify opportunities for improvement / replacement.Lead dealership and related contract/agreement negotiationCoordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.Required skills, qualifications and experience:Bachelors degree or above, business management or engineering background is preferred At least 7 years related working experience in Automotive industry.Expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry report.Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development.Proficient English and French is a must.
