Through our talented Team of more than 69,000 employees who are passionate about what we do and what's next.From our foundation of excellent products (escalators, elevators and moving walkways), to our next chapter of digital transformation, this is a great time to join our CompanyWe are currently seeking a TECHNICAL SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT to be based in Leganés, Madrid.Position Role & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in an international team rolling out a manufacturing execution system globally, based on closely collaboration with the product owner.Maintain and update configuration and test development tools.Lead the new product launches through the identification and coordination of appropriate resources, determination of project scope and managing and communicating project news, timelines, deliverables, issues, risk and success metrics.Design and update documentation support (standard equipment binder, layout data, SharePoint sites, BI environments).Identify, design, and document test cases, based on user stories and development of team requirements, both internal and external.Work closely with Product and Engineering teams for bug resolution or feature improvement requests.Back up recommendations to improve the Customer team experience with reporting/analysis that demonstrates the business needs, reach and impact.Anticipate how feature/product changes may impact on Customer experience on the understanding of their usage and plans.Backing QA activities by automated test data generation.Support root-cause analysis of bugs.Build standard pipelines, based on automated test reporting.Collaborate with Design Engineering, Sales, Quality and Operations functions to satisfy the overall management of new program.Strategize an outline goals and objectives of the program.Monitor profitability of projects and ensures expected targets are achieved.Qualifications/Experience/SkillsTraining/SkillsEngineering Degree (industrial, mechanic or similar).2 years experience in similar positions desirable.Interest in IT and programming tasks.Microsoft Office.Experience in customer-oriented projects.Experience in project management.Visual Basic & AutoCAD (user level) desirable.User knowledge in Power BI desirable.LanguagesEnglish C1.Spanish C2.Additional language (French, German, Italian) desirable.Don't hesitate to apply for this position if:You are interested in improving our software/architecture/infrastructure, by proposing new ideas or solutions, not only copy/pasting what already exists.You want to test and develop new technological solutions for them to be implemented in our product, always with a high level of quality and solid reason.You like challenges and you are not afraid to fail, always admitting the potential mistakes.You are a team worker, dynamic person, who likes changes, always for the better.You like to make up new solutions and implement new projects.You like learning something new every day.You question whether the taken decision is the right one for the defined target, but at the same time you are a good listener, always willing to learn.You are flexible, a person who reacts and recognizes her/his own mistakes, looking for the best way to avoid them to happen again.You're committed to your task achieving from the very beginning to the end, and never giving up if they become complicated.You are detail-oriented, but you know how to prioritize and not to lose focus.
