Senior Account Manager

Huesca, Aragon, ESQbD Group, a specialized consultancy company, partner of life sciences companies, globally supports our clients in the development, transformation, and integral management of the life cycle of their products and services.
To expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record to join our Spanish commercial team.
The location of the position can be from Madrid or Barcelona.

What will be your responsibilities?Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and expand the business in Spain.Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing customers in the region.Focus on developing key accounts for long term consulting positions and selling project-based services.Build and expand client relationships across multiple functions with key decision makers at C-level and operational level.Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions in a timely manner.Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.Manage the full sales process from lead identification to contracting with accurate follow-up in the CRM system.Evaluate complex questions, divide them into manageable parts to guide the customer.Manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.Expand your network in the life sciences sector by participating in different networking associations.Build your internal network within the organization with QbD consultants, sales colleagues, HR, marketing.Who are we looking for?You have a master's degree in a scientific field, combined with at least 10-15 years of field experience.You have a proven track record developing mid-level and senior customer contacts.You are fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of French is a big plus.The medical device/pharma/biotech world is your passion, and you can discuss it on a technical level.You have high-level knowledge of quality system standards, a (pharmaceutical) GMP environment, and developments in the cell & gene sector.You can engage clients across different activities crucial for bringing the product to market.You possess a healthy dose of self-confidence and actively listen to customers, partners, and colleagues.You are comfortable working with different tools and systems, with accurate follow-up in the CRM system.You communicate and report clearly and raise concerns in a timely manner.A true QbD'er can be recognised by the following qualities:Resilient: Your strong and positive attitude helps you overcome any challenge.Hungry for knowledge: You are always open to learning.No BS mentality: You can be straightforward in a respectful way and have a winning aspiration.Innovative: You constantly seek new and better solutions.What's in it for you?QbD Group offers an attractive and competitive salary package, tailored to individual needs, considering legal requirements and local laws.
