Formando parte de Lanzadera que como aceleradora de empresas nos ayuda a crecer hacia el éxito.**Responsabilidades**:- Impulsar nuevos negocios siendo responsable de las primeras etapas del proceso de ventas.- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para la generación de leads outbound.- Investigar, identificar y contactar activamente a nuevos clientes potenciales a través de campañas personalizadas, correos electrónicos y llamadas en frío.- Evaluar las necesidades de los clientes potenciales y demostrar el valor de Salescaling para su negocio- Construir relaciones y facilitar diálogos con tomadores de decisiones clave.- Colaborar y aprender de un equipo de ventas experimentado en el sector energético- Cumplir y superar con ambición los objetivos establecidos. Requisitos:- Convenio de prácticas (grado, máster, etc.)- Capacidad para internalizar las primeras etapas del proceso de ventas.- Ambición para crecer y asumir responsabilidades adicionales a medida que se desarrolla en el puesto.- Proactividad y habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, priorizando eficientemente las tareas y fácil adaptación a entornos cambiantes.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español.- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno enfocado en metas.- Conocimientos técnicos y tecnológicos que faciliten la adaptación a las herramientas y sistemas de prospección outbound.- Tener ganas de aprender.
