We are looking for a hands-on experienced Prospecting Program Manager for our EMEA Prospecting Days who will be responsible for developing and managing Prospecting programs in alignment with sales, marketing and business development. A strong understanding of marketing and sales as well as operational processes around campaign execution and measurement will be crucial and previous experience working in large cross functional organizations will be key. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal stakeholders and external organizations as needed. This role requires strategic thinking and problem solving with strong communication skills.Navigating EMEA's ComplexityThe EMEA region's diverse languages, cultures, and regulations pose significant obstacles that a global team cannot overcome. Tailoring messaging, content, and campaigns to the nuances of each EMEA market requires deep local expertise. A centralized team simply cannot adapt to these complexities, making an EMEA-dedicated Prospecting Program Manager essential. This Program Manager will be responsible for aligning with EMEA-specific specialist teams to conduct region and country-specific enablement sessions, ensuring the field is equipped to effectively engage with local prospects.Driving Cross-functional Collaboration and Leveraging Local InsightsThe Program Manager will lead initiatives to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and optimize performance - tailored to the specific needs of the EMEA market
