Business Intelligence Analyst - AWS EMEA Demand Generation (DG)
**This position can be based in any of the DG Hubs**: Munich, Madrid or London.

**About the Role**: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within the EMEA market. Your expertise will be crucial in providing data-driven recommendations that inform our demand generation initiatives, enabling us to effectively reach and engage our target audiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize critical business questions and data requirements.
- Design and implement robust data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to deliver comprehensive and insightful analytics.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques, such as data mining, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics, to uncover valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer behavior patterns, and potential growth opportunities within the EMEA region.
- Develop and maintain data governance processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with AWS standards.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership, through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations.
- Continuously explore and implement new data sources, tools, and techniques to enhance our analytical capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably within a technology or cloud computing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
