Tasks and Qualifications:Como HR Payroll & Operation Manager de KION Group Iberia (España y Portugal) y, en dependencia de la Directora HR KION ITS EMEA Iberia, tendrás la misión de desarrollar e implementar proyectos dirigidos a mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de los procesos internos de RRHH asociados a compensación y beneficios, principalmente, así como aquellos asociados al ciclo de vida del/de la Empleado/a, teniendo en cuenta la experiencia y satisfacción de los clientes internos (HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Managers y Empleados/as) así como gestionar al equipo de HR Payroll & Operation Shared Service para 3 compañías pertenecientes al grupo KION.
Responsabilidades: Redefinir, homogenizar y optimizar tanto los procesos internos como las herramientas de RRHH:Redefinir los procesos internos de nóminas, así como las funciones y responsabilidades con el fin de asegurar la eficiencia y backups internos,Redefinir las herramientas IT / proveedores de RRHH utilizados en términos de eficiencia, experiencia del usuario, calidad y coste. Herramientas: Portal del Empleado, Gestión de presencia, Firma de contratos/acuerdos, Retribución flexible,…Optimizar, automatizar, interconectar, digitalizar en la medida de lo posible todos los documentos y herramientas de HR con el fin de agilizar el proceso.Crear, redefinir y automatizar HR dashboard y HR reportings, así como satisfacer cualquier necesidad de información sobre empleados a nivel general.Desarrollar el área de Reporting & Analytics teniendo en cuenta los diferentes stakeholders (KION group, Iberia, las diferentes empresas del grupo presentes en Iberia, comités de empresa, entidades gubernamentales).Específicamente. durante 2024 y 2025; liderar la unificación del proveedor de nómina y gestión de presencia de 4 y 6 entidades, respectivamente.Gestionar un equipo de especialistas en nóminas y reporting & analytics, velando por su desarrollo profesional.Buscamos: Licenciatura/Grado en Derecho, Relaciones Laborales, ADE u otros, valorándose máster en RRHH.+ 5 años de experiencia en nóminas con diferentes convenios colectivos, centros de trabajo en empresa final. +4 años liderando equipos y proyectos.Nivel avanzado de inglés.Nivel avanzado: Excel y Power Point.Haber trabajado con WokDay, SuccessFactor o similar.Persona orientada a resultados y soluciones, habituada a trabajar por proyectos, con iniciativa, con fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo, capacidad de análisis y visión a medio plazo.
