Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Manage the monthly and annual payroll processes, including processing payroll, managing payroll partners, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- HR Support: Provide subject matter expertise to property managers on all HR matters, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Leadership: Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction, including new hire orientation, training, and recognition programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Marriott International policies and procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area. OR Qualification in Relaciones Laborales and/or nómina (payroll).
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in payroll and/or finance, ideally in a hotel environment.
