- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external payroll partners to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Support the HR Director in driving the HR strategy for the hotel, providing subject matter expertise on HR matters, and leading activities that support internal audits.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services that meet or exceed employee needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures, including maintaining accurate employee files and managing workers' compensation claims.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
- Qualification in Relaciones Laborales and/or nómina (payroll) and/or relevant experience in payroll and/or finance, ideally in a hotel environment.
