We are currently looking for **Payroll Analyst** to support the Spanish office based in Barcelona that will report to the HR Operations and Payroll Lead.You will be responsible for the payroll process, but also you will be the go-to person for any questions related to payroll earnings, deductions, and tax withholding and also, anything related to the employment conditions.If you're someone who loves working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems, then this is the perfect job for you.**Main responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review the monthly payroll, including special payment requests, commissions, bonus, etc. Coordinate and transfer data to the payroll provider
- Work with HR and our payroll provider to ensure accuracy of data
- Support employees through our employee support system
- Generate payroll reports and analysis as requested
- Maintain employee data and company structure
- Monitor digital signature tool for personnel documents**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, managing payroll in Spain
- Knowledge of employment law and payroll
- You are someone with a killer eye for detail You are meticulous in your work, take pride in getting things right, and aren't afraid to dive into the details. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
