DescriptionArrow IP&E (Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical components),is a part of Arrow Electronics, a global leader in electronics distribution and value-added services related to electronic components.We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.Find more information about us on our page :Learn more about Arrow-As Market DevelopmentEngineer specializingin IP&E technologies,youwilldetermine, develop, scale,and leadtheimplementation of successful, comprehensive solution programs that accelerate market, sales,and profit growth within the associated markets or business segments.What will you be doing?You will specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated VerticalYou will own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market / business segmentConduct business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioningCollaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned marketWork with supplier, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and prioritiesCreate, gain approvals for, and execute (upon approval) comprehensive products and service offersContribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business developmentEvaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within the assigned marketContribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal, and external stakeholdersLead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunitiesBuild and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.Make "joint" calls with ARROW and supplier's Sales personnel where it is strategically and tactically appropriate on a regular basisBe involved with supplier web training for new products, new product releases, and supplier promotions, and identify market / customer penetration strategies with the appropriate productsWhat are we looking for?Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing or Product management - must haveExperience in IP&EExperience in engineering and business strategy market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis) - must haveStrong sales skillsFull driving license and readiness for business travel - must haveEnglish language skills - fluently in writing and spokenSpanish language skills (native or C1)Expertise in engaging to executive-level stakeholdersTrack record in delivering results in market / segment management or development of comprehensive solutions offers in business-to-business industryUnderstanding of performance measurement tools and technologyDemonstration of project / team leadership, and collaboration skillsWhat is in it for you?Attractive employee compensation package - salary consists of base and variable compensationMeal vouchersCompany carReliable & trusting work environmentRemote employment contractCooperative team with flat structures and communicationProfessional and personal developmentArrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
