Directement rattaché(e) à Elodie, Directrice des Ressources Humaines, tu participeras au développement de Lemon Talents en nous aidant à recruter les talents qui constitueront les équipes de nos clients Prise des enjeux avec la team commerciale et définition de la stratégie de recrutement• Entretiens avec les commerciaux qui souhaitent recruter pour leurs clients• Participer a la définition de la stratégie de recrutement• Définition de Score Cards par besoin manager (analyse des Hard & Soft skills)• Communication avec les Managers sur les résultatsTalent Acquisition• Sourcing (rédaction et diffusion des offres d'emploi, identification de candidats , approche directe (chasse), screening des CVs)• Pré-qualification des candidats (entretiens téléphoniques)• Planification et organisation des entretiens physiques ou a distance• Accompagnement du candidat, du 1er contact à son intégration• Analyse et suivi de l'activité recrutement• Identification de nouveaux canaux/outils de sourcingCommunication & HR Marketing• Tu seras en charge de communiquer de façon pertinente sur les recrutements et les succès de l'entreprise en interne ou en externe• Chez Lemon Talents, nous avons à cœur d'utiliser les meilleurs outils en matière de Growth Hiring, la garantie pour toi de devenir un expert et acquérir des compétences concrètes :)Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et peut s'adapter en fonction de ton profilProfil recherchéPour ce poste en alternance, recherchons un profil :• Ton Mindset: Tu es passionné(e) par l'humain et tu as une âme de chasseur, tu cherches à ajouter un succès professionnel à ton CV ?
